Can I obtain additional loans through WCDC?
Yes. Many of our clients have come back for numerous loans to finance new projects. Since we already have much of your financial information on file, the application process is often faster and easier. Please contact us to inquire about a new loan through WCDC. (back to top)
How do I find out my loan balance or other information on payment status?
WCDC makes keeping track of your loan easy. Your loan information is accessible on-line. At closing, we provided you with a client user name and password. Just click the login button in the upper-right of your screen and you will be able to see your payment history, outstanding balance, and other helpful information. (back to top)
What if I forgot my user name or password or want to change it?
No problem. Just contact us and we’ll forward you a new user name or password. (back to top)
What if I need to change my contact information?
Simple. Just contact us and provide us with the changes and we’ll update your account. (back to top)
Can I change my automatic payment to another account?
Sure. Contact us and we will send you a new ACH form. Just return it along with a voided check from the account you want to use. (back to top)
Can I prepay my loan?
You always have the option of prepaying your loan; however, in some cases, such as the SBA 504, there are penalties for prepaying. Contact us to determine your prepayment options. (back to top)
